Wealth and Employment Status
For the average adult, employment is the primary means of building wealth, or generating the money that is required to pay for daily living expenses. Australians who work full time spend many of their waking hours at their place of employment, with work-related activities consuming much of their energy. Individuals who enjoy their employment and who are satisfied with their compensation tend to be more satisfied with their employment status than those people who are either unemployed or who do not enjoy the work that they do. On another note, inherently wealthy people, or those with a substantial income are able to afford to live a more luxurious lifestyle than those who work for lower wages.
